how to collect data from chatbot?
i have added that bot to my site but after collecting data where is it saved? how can i see it ?

You can find the collected contacts in the email notifications with the chat transcript, that are sent to the chat transcript recipient email address:
We’re also working on the option to view the collected leads and chat history right in the Elfsight dashboard. If you’d like to use this feature, please upvote this request to get notified about a release: Ability to view chat history in the configurator
