OK, So to have the fastest feed update time i should connect my clients instagram account? How should i connect the account from a client which has its own login details, i need to ask for their credentials???

The cache time for both available types of connection (Public Account and Business) is 48 hours now.
To use the Business Account connection, you should be able to log in to Facebook. Thus, if you’re setting up the widget for your client, there are 2 variants:

Ask the client to provide credentials
