Hi I am seeking to know when the feeds are updated with new content posted.
If i post a video on TikTok how ling will it take to show in my ElfSight social feed?
Can you confirm if all the social feed times are updated at the same time and when that time is?

Cache time is different for different social feeds. TikTok Feed cache time is 24 hours, Facebook Feed - 6 hours, Instagram Feed - 46 hours.

If the cache time has expired and the posts didn’t appear, please do not hesitate to contact us

I think they should put this information in the widget so we know and can share with clients or decide if we want to use another alternative.
Also I just tried to click on a link in tiktok via mobile inside the feed but the link signs work, any thoughts?
