I just want to know if Facebook / Instagram feeds update automatically on the free plan?

Yes, our Social Feeds are automatically updated for all plans (including free). However, the new posts don’t appear in the widgets right away because of the cache. The cache for the Instagram Feed widget is 48 hours and for Facebook Feed - 6 hours.
If the cache period is over and the new posts still didn’t appear, please let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this

Thank you so much! I’m super glad to hear that this feature is included in the free plan.
Thanks for warning me about the cache times. I have only just begun using the widget so I need to test it out to make sure it works. If I have any trouble I’ll contact support
