My client says the account is a business account but it has not updated since 17th Feb. Any thing I need to check?

If I got you right, you’re talking about your Ex Walls INstagramwidget. You’re using the Public (Account&Hashtag) type of the connection, and the business Instagram account is a necessary condition for the Business type of connection.
I’ve resynced your widget and the latest posts have been pulled. Please check it out and let me know if it’s fine now

I have now put back the business insta feeds.
Do I have to ‘connect**'** the accounts to set it up to automatically update? It says ‘the connect option is ‘recommended’ but doesn’t say I have to do this for the feed to auto update.
If I have to do this for the autoupdate - is there a way to do this easily for different clients (2FA is often a pain and sometimes won’t let me in and client quite rightly do not want to share their login info?

So, there is no necessity to switch the connection to Business, since the Public (Account & Hashtag) is also automatically updated every 48 hours.
The feed with the Public connection wasn’t updated because of the issue on our end. However, it’s fixed now and it should be automatically updated further.
