Wow…this feature should be implemented immediately, using your product is useless to me until Viator reviews is implemented.

I know, Viator reviews would be a great addition to the widget, but I’m afraid that at the moment, we don’t see a quick solution for its implementation, I’m really sorry :frowning:

But, we’re on the verge of adding an option that will allow you to add reviews manually, regardless of the source. Perhaps it could work as a workaround :slight_smile:

Just in case, we post updates for this feature request here: Be able to manually add reviews to the All-In-One-Reviews + premoderation.

Repuso.com has found a way to do it I think?

Good point, Peter! The thing is that methods might differ, and it seems that is the case here. We don’t know how exactly Repuso implemented Viator reviews, but I’ve shared your question with the team :slight_smile:

Trustindex io is gathering reviews from Viator and GetYourGuide too. Your widget is unfortunately useless for tour operators, as it’s too much work to upload reviews by hand. I like the widget in general but these are just BASIC needs for the tourism industry.

I do see your point, and I’m very sorry that our widget doesn’t support this feature. We’ll try to consider implementation of the Viator source in the future. All the updates will be posted here :slightly_smiling_face:

As a workaround, you can use a Custom Source option and add the needed reviews manually. Feel free to check it out:
