All-in-One Reviews: [MAJOR UPDATE] Collect reviews via widget, enhanced review managing and more! 🔥

We’re excited to roll out a major update for our All-in-One Reviews app :tada:

This release includes the ability to collect customer reviews via a widget, enhanced review managing, and several other awesome new features!

What’s inside the update?

Enhanced review managing

Now, all reviews from connected sources appear directly in the configurator, where you can easily hide individual reviews.

Additionally, we’ve introduced new search and filter options, so you can quickly find a needed review:

Custom reviews (manually added)

We’ve streamlined the review creation process! The review creation section is now conveniently located right above the general review collection.

  • You no longer need a custom source to add a new review (Custom Source option was kept in the widget though)

  • Reviews without a source will automatically appear under the “All” tab in the widget

This update makes it easier to manage reviews and gives you more flexibility in how they are displayed :sparkles:

Collecting reviews via widget

We’ve introduced a brand-new feature called “Collect Reviews via Widget.” :rocket:

This setting is available in the “Header” tab, and once enabled (with an active header and the “Write a Review” button turned on), users can submit reviews directly through the widget.

  • Clicking the “Write a Review” button in the “All” tab opens a popup where users can easily submit their feedback.

  • All submitted reviews will show up in the configurator, where you can hide or respond to them as the owner.

  • Reviews submitted through the widget will appear in the “All” tab of the widget, so you can manage them just like any other review.

This is a great way to collect feedback directly from your website visitors and keep everything organized in one place :raising_hands:

Other minor changes
  • All AI features have been moved to a dedicated “AI Features” tab

  • The filter settings have been moved to the “Settings” tab.

  • The modal that prompts users to leave a review on one of the sources has been redesigned and now appears as a popup:

Where do we edit the text in the popup that now appears when someone clicks the ‘Write a Review’ button? Specifically, where do we go to edit “You help us grow with every review” and “Choose a platform below to leave your feedback”?

Hi @user3318 :waving_hand:

You can change these phrases in the Edit Texts section on the Settings tab :slightly_smiling_face:
