These reviews were submitted through the form that lets visitors leave reviews directly on your website.
This form is controlled by the Collect Reviews via Widget setting. It appears when someone clicks the Write a Review button:
Using this form, visitors can leave their feedback, add a rating, and enter their name or a pseudonym. Since the form isn’t connected to any external review platform, these reviews won’t show a platform name.

If you’d prefer users to leave reviews only on specific platforms, you can switch to Only review platforms instead:
Reviews collected through the widget are marked with the Elfsight logo in the configurator list. You can also hide them there if needed:
