There are 2 issues that I am facing -
Issue 1. Widget is setup correctly as it is showing all the reviews till the time of widget setup. After the widget was setup the newer reviews are not picked and displayed
Issue 2. Widget Header > Write Review button > Clicking on Write Review in mobile browser opens the review section correctly. On Desktop the button is not working, clicking it leads to a broken page. attached screenshot

The reason why new reviews don’t appear straightaway in your feed is the cache. The cache time of our Reviews apps is 48 hours.
However, if it’s been more than 48 hours, and the reviews still didn’t appear, please let us know. We will be happy to look into this for you.
As for the Write a Review button issue, unfortunately, we cannot do anything with this widget behavior. The thing is that we cannot avoid installing the widget through iframe on GoDaddy websites. And this issue appears because of iframe.

As a workaround, you can hide Write a Review button in your widget settings - Header:
