Hi. I have a small problem with widget. I have got first rewiev, but it is not visible in the widget. Does anybody any idea, what I have to do? Thank you for your answer. Best regards, Pavel Kral

Hi there @user5984 and welcome to Community 
The reason why the new reviews aren’t showing up on your website right away is cache. Our widget actually uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours.
However, if it’s been more than 72 hours, and the reviews still haven’t appeared, please let me know. I’ll be happy to look into this for you
