It’s not published yet,
I initially thought also it may be because it’s not published but last night I published it for a few minutes and the “review “ button was still not working g , and giving me that same error messege

The thing is that the Wix CMS is built on iframes, that’s why the Write a Review button doesn’t work.
To fix this issue, please try to reinstall the widget avoiding iframes - Installing Elfsight widget on Wix avoiding iFrame - Elfsight Help Center.
Please check it and let me know if it helped 
Regarding the new reviews display, I have to say that our app uses cache system and our widget is updated every 72 hours. This is the reason why the new reviews don’t appear straightaway in the widget.
If it’s been more than 72 hours and the new review still didn’t appear, please let me know and I’ll be happy to look into this for you!
