While there is no way to reduce the cache globally now, we can manually adjust the cache time upon request! To make this possible, we’ve had to introduce an additional fee, as it came with some costs on our end.
If you’d like to adjust your cache time, please reach out to our Support Team — they’ll be happy to assist you 
As for the manual update option, we have a separate request for this feature and you can upvote it here - Manually refresh
