please make it easier to refresh new reviews from google to appear on my websites

I’d like to clarify that the new reviews don’t appear in the widget right away because of the cache. Our widget uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours. Just in case, this information is also available in our Help Center — Why my reviews are not being updated.
If it’s been more than 72 hours and the new reviews still didn’t appear in the widget, please let me know. I’ll be happy to check things for you 
If “under easier refreshing of new reviews” you meant a shorter cache time, this request is already on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it here - Update Displayed Reviews Every 24 hours (Reduce Cache).
The good news is that we’ve now added an option to manually adjust the cache time upon request! However, to make this possible, we’ve had to introduce an additional fee, as it came with some costs on our end.
If you’d like to adjust your cache time, please reach out to our Support Team — they’ll be happy to assist you.
