Twitter update time

Not happy at all wouldn’t have bought a feed if it said it delayed up to 48hrs. No way. Certainty I won’t renew this product. Total complete waste of money to have this lengthy of a wait time. 1, it was never disclosed. Can we get a refund. Seriously. Fix the known issue or issue refunds.

We’d love to reduce the cache time for the Twitter Feed app, but, unfortunately, this isn’t something we can change right now. I’m so sorry for the confusion around it :pensive_face:

At the moment, details about the cache time are mentioned in our Help Center article , but we agree it’s not very easy to spot. We’ll try to look into making this information more transparent in the future.

As for now, we can provide you with a refund for your payment. All refund requests are handled by our Support Team and I see you’ve already opened a support ticket #667015.

Just a quick heads-up: the response time is temporarily increased as our team is working at a limited capacity 10-17 December due to a company-wide retreat. But worry not, our Support Team will reach out to you as soon as possible and assist you with your refund request.

Well they told me 48 hours and it’s been 48 hours. And nothing has even shown up since it’s not the implementation.

Honestly it’s not worth the 36 bucks and I definitely won’t be renewing it for 60.

Can you please refund my account.

Your screenshot was from September 15 (9/15/2025) post- THATS MY ISSUE…It’s not showing a new post. So I deleted the widget, cancelled my renewal, and waiting fr a refund.;How can you screen shot a wodget ay 5:30am when I deleted the widget around midnight? And canceled my renewal.

Again waiting for a refund. It’s not that complex.

You’re right, there are no widgets in your account. However, I’ve checked it in the base with the deleted widget to check what went wrong.
