Simple, of the test messages I have sent with the form, NONE of them reached my e-mail account.

I use a lot of forms and consistently receive the emails, and our clients do too. You might want to whitelist notifications@elfsightmail.com So they don’t end up in your spam folder.

This really might be the case with the notifications@elfsightmail.com domain being blocked, unfortunately. Is there an option for you to try to whitelist it and let us know if it helped?

If you want to, go to our www.kallenweb.com site and add my inquiries@ email address to also receive your tests and test again. I’ll let you know if it comes through. If it does it is almost certainly a “getting caught in your spam filter” issue.
