My apologies for the inconvenience you’ve experienced.

Just to make sure I’m on the same page: I can see you have 7 Contact Form widgets, but only the “MT Global” form is connected to Google Sheets. Is that the one you’re referring to?

If so, am I correct that it was working before but has suddenly stopped sending submissions to the spreadsheet?

You’ve also mentioned that the support doesn’t work. I’ve checked our support folder, and we haven’t received any requests from you. Could you please specify how you’ve tried to reach out to the Support Team? I’ll be happy to check it for you :slightly_smiling_face:

I am experiencing the same thing. Please fix. Google Sheet is not opening.

Please try to delete the integration and connect your widget to Google Sheets once again.
