Issue description: NFP website with voicemail only on the telephone number listed but chat bot always recommends calling because the phone number is published. We prefer to receive emails since the phone is unmanned. Do I need to change the content on my website or can I somehow tell the chat bot to always indicate that calling the phone number will go to a voicemail?
