To create a Blog Carousel in Squarespace, you can use Summary Block Carousel or People List Carousel.
#Option 1. Summary Block Carousel
#1. First, you edit page where you want to place Blog Carousel > Choose a Summary Block.
#2. Next, you can click Content > Select a Page > Choose desired Blog page
#3. Click Design > choose Carousel format.

#Option 2. People List Carousel
#1. First, you need to find Blog Page URL. In my example, it is: /blog04-1
#2. Edit page where you want to place Blog Carousel > Add a List Section (Click People > Choose Section with (i) icon)
#3. Hover on right of Section > Choose Edit Content
#4. Click Design > Choose Carousel

#6. Click Content > Title
#7. Enter URL: {sync=/blog04-1}
