Reviews: Adjust display of Reviewer Name to your liking

We’ve added the Reviewer Name Format setting to our Reviews apps

This option allows you to alter how the reviewer’s name is displayed. There are four options available: Full Name, First Name Only, First Name and Last Initial, and Initials Only.
