For privacy reasons, show Jane D., instead of Jane Doe.

I agree it would be nice to be able to partly hide the name or surname of the review author. We’ll try to think about this feature in our future updates

Happy to inform you that this option is now available in the settings. To find this option, go to the Reviews tab, click Customize and set Reviewer Name Format:
