Reporting on Chatbot Use

Reporting on the use of the Chatbot would be great. Just to see how many times it’s been used, who’s used it, the first message sent, etc., without having to manually compile it as the survey creator. It would provide more insight and allow additional training of the AI Chatbot in an easier way.

Sounds interesting, thanks for the idea! Do I get it right that you’d like the info from the chat history to be summarized and pulled to some kind of table?

You’ve mentioned that you’d like to know who uses the form. Do you have questions about name/position/etc, and you’d like to pull this info from the conversations?

Hi, Max! Yeah, I think that’d be really great. That way we could review the usage and potentially the questions asked in a table to see if there are similarities across users.

Some kind of analytics regarding usage over time would be awesome, too. Regarding who uses the form, just collecting the name or email could be helpful. I just have ours pulling the name right now because it’s being used internally in one department, but just noting the user by whatever identifying element is used would be great. Kind of like “Used by Name x Times” in a given date range.
