Number of messages via AI chatbot

I’m deciding to buy the premium version of AI chatbot. It states that users can send up to 3,000 messages. I wanted to know the following:

  • Is there a limit to how many messages AI can send?
  • If the limit of 3,000 is exceeded, what charges will apply?

There’s no limit to the number of messages the bot can send, only user messages are limited. Once you reach the limit, the widget will be deactivated and disappear from your website until the next limit reset date. The limit resets monthly, on the same day your subscription was created.

After the deactivation, the widget will look this way in the configurator:

To activate your widget before the limit reset date, you can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan.
