My form says it is connected with Mailchimp but when I click on the integration it says “Your form should have at least one email field to connect to Mailchimp.“
Do I get it right that you’ve added the Email field after the widget was connected to Mailchimp. If so, please try to reconnect the Mailchimp integration and let me know if it helped
We’ve applied a local fix to your widget. It means that the Mailchimp integration will work in fine in the widget you’ve shared. However, the issue will persist if you create a new widget with the Mailchimp integration.
We’re currently working on a global solution, that will fix the issue completely.
The fix is going to be released next week and I’ll update you once it’s done
I have updated a form now and wanted to create a new Google Sheet integration, it creates a new sheet but when I run tests on the forms the Google Sheet is not getting populated. I have also checked the previous Google Sheet the form was integrated with and the info isn’t going there. I am received in the emails with the information so i know the form is working.
