I’ve tested it and it seems to work but when I click on "Embed the widget on your website, the code do not appear and a grey loader turns forever without displaying the code once registered to my account

I had the same problem when I use the dark design. Background and text went white.
I used the light Design with gray background and shadow and its looks like perfectly

You can only set the dark mode and then use the code and the problem should be visible.
At the moment I am unfortunately elsewhere in use, if it does not work I can make the attempt next weekend …
