Issue with notifications in Comments widget

Hi, I’ve tried it on our internal Google Sites Wiki site, however I have two issues:

  1. The notification that I get in my email says the comment came from “Untitled” which is incorrect, since the widget was placed on a page on the site that does have a name
  2. If I click on the Go to Comment button, it just opens a blank page, so there is no way to go to the actual comment and see where the comment was placed and be able to respondo to the user that placed the comment.

The issue occurs because of the iframes used on Google Sites platform. They prevent the website link from pulling to the widget and, unfortunately, there’s nothing can be done with it. I am really sorry :pensive_face:

The only workaround here is to install the widget using the widget’s Share Link instead of the embed. This way, the Share Link URL will be displayed as the website address instead of “Untitled”:
