I am moving across to TicketingHub as my ticketing provider. They have MCP and I want to have the chatbot able to connect so that it can return real availability, which at the moment it cannot.
By connecting it will be able to reliably interrogate the availability across multiple products and return to those to queries such as ‘what can I do tomorrow’.
I’d like the bot to connect to MCP and draw down the availability across multiple products.
Carl at ticketinghub would love to have a chat with you to discuss how this might be possible. It would be amazing for me as then the chatbot is of real use, returning live availability to any questions asked such as ‘what about 27th November?’ or ‘what can i do tomorrow?’ I’m fairly sure that the number of Elfsight users that also use Ticketinghub will be small, however, if you two hooked up then both of you could use having the first live availability booking chatbot as a widget, rather than in house and bespoke, to market to future and existing clients.

You see, with the high number of requests on the Wishlist, we have to prioritize them based on their complexity and how many votes they gather. Since this request is still relatively new, it might take a little while before we can explore the integration.
That said, we’ll keep tabs on this idea. If it picks up more votes, we’ll gladly revisit it and see if it’s something we can implement.
