With our new MCP server, you can explore conversations, check performance, review leads, and find ways to improve your chatbot just by asking your AI assistant.
Here are a few ways you can put the new MCP integration to use:

Search chats by keyword, topic, or date, and read full conversations. -
Check your chatbot’s performance
See how many conversations, messages, and leads you’ve received, and track trends over time. -
Review your leads
Find out who left their contact details and what they asked about. -
Improve your chatbot’s knowledge
Spot questions your chatbot couldn’t answer and add missing answers to its knowledge base.
How to get started
1. Connect your AI assistant
Add the Elfsight MCP server to an AI client that supports remote MCP connections and compatible authentication:

2. Sign in to Elfsight
Follow the authentication steps in your AI client and log in with your Elfsight account. No separate API key is needed.
3. Start exploring
Once connected, ask your AI assistant about your chatbot’s conversations, leads, or performance.
