Our developer has added the widget to the website but it’s not displaying. Any ideas what we can do?

Could you please clear the cache, browser cookies, and let me know if the issue still persists for you?

Thanks for the quick reply. So it’s now displaying on my Chrome browser but not on Safari.

To open the console, you need to press Ctrl + Shift + J (MacOs: Cmd + Option + J ) for most of the browsers. This is what it looks like:
It might help me understand the issue better.

May I ask you to take another screenshot of the console but from Safari directly? It could help us come up with a proper solution

It won’t allow my to get it up. Tried cmd - option - J but nothing happens.
