How chat messages work?

Can someone explain to me how monthly messages sent in AI chat work? That is, if the plan has 3,000 messages and Wiget is installed on unlimited websites, are those 3,000 messages divided among each website where Wiget is installed? Or does each independent website have 3,000 messages per month? Thanks.

Good question! The limit applies to the total number of widgets across your account and websites where they are installed. For example, with the Premium plan, you can create up to 21 AI Chatbot widgets. The 3,000-message limit is shared across all these widgets - not 3,000 messages per individual chatbot and website.

Thank you very much. For example, if my Widgets exceed 3,000 conversations per month, does the chat stop? Or do I pay per message, exceeding the limit? I have another question: how do I make restaurant ordering web applications, and where there are a large number of messages to place orders? What plan do you recommend?

Yes, once the message limit is reached, the widget will be hidden from your website. You’ll also see a notification about reaching the limit, along with an option to upgrade your plan:

If you plan to use the widget extensively, the Premium plan with 3,000 messages might be a good fit. And if that’s still not enough, you can always upgrade further.
