The widget is deactivated because you’ve reached the Message limit:
On the Lite plan, you and your website visitors can send up to 50 messages per month:
To reactivate your widget, you can upgrade your subscription to a plan with the higher message limit or just wait for the next reset day (in your case, March 27).

Unfortunately, the info about the message limit isn’t available in the dashboard, but we can check it for you in our database if needed.
By the way, we already have a Wishlist request for the message counter display, and you can upvote this idea -Message counter
