I’m having issues with reviews appearing, we do not have an address so I’m using this as my “search”

However, I have received no reviews in around 2-5 hours when looking at the ElfSigh itself.
I do have a ticket (391458), but seems like some solutions to this could be quite easy!

We’ve fixed the issue with collecting reviews, so they are displayed now. However, AI Summary isn’t being collected at the moment and our devs are working on it.
Please check your widget and let me know if all the reviews are displayed on your side.
As for the AI Summary issue, I’ll keep you posted here.

Im having the same issue with reviews not loading. i tried other businesses to see if it would work and it did. but mine just wont load and these are reviews that are old btw
