I haven’t got very far if i’m honest - it’s getting rather frustrating to say the least!
It has quite a few logic conditions so it’s getting way above my head.

Yes, for starters, I would advise having individual lines of calculations for the individual services and then you can easily make a calculation via adding the individual services to the total calculation, check out my calculator as an example here: https://c9625df209ab45ee9dcf038d74d5148b.elf.site/

You’d like to calculate the total cost for all chosen services, right? If so, could you please describe how the total cost should be counted in your case?

Yes, I see the dropdowns in your calculator, but you haven’t added any calculation:
To help you adjust your formula, we need to know how the price should be calculated in your specific use case. Is it just the sum of all services, or it should work differently?

Yes so …
The customer selects which package they would like (first drop down under select services). The choice is real estate package, airbnb and individual services.
Pathway 1: Real estate → Studio Prime
Studio Plus
Studio Pro
Studio Platinum
Choose with real estate package tier they would like then add up all the services which follow.
Pathway 2:airbnb → Studio bronze
Studio silver
Studio gold
Studio Diamond
Choose with airbnb package tier they would like then add up all the services which follow.
Pathway 3: Individual services. This skips the tier drop down box and just choose from all the other services.

It’s difficult to formulate your calculator, unless I have full access to it to get you started.
