I am trying to set up a facebook review feed but when I add the Facebook page URL it’s telling me this; “No reviews found. Please make sure the source is correct, that it has reviews, and that filter settings do not exclude all the reviews.”
Any ideas?

Hi Max,
I have set up a new Elfsight account for a client, their username is smile@meganfairhalldental.com , and am trying to connect their Facebook business page reviews;
https://www.facebook.com/meganfairhalllivetosmile
I am signed into Facebook through my personal account ad have been added as an admin on the client’s page.
Ideally i;d use the all i one review widget, but that also wont connect with facebook

I’m having the same issue I’ve tired everything it says how many Facebook reviews i have but they won’t show up

We’ve checked the issue and found out that your Facebook reviews are not fully public, meaning that they are available only to logged-in users. I’m afraid our widget worked only with fully public reviews
Could you please remove those restrictions and let me know if it worked?

My reviews are fully on to the public there’s no other option to turn on

Hi Helga,
I didn’t even know there was an area for reviews to be fully public or not!
I’m assuming when you say “your” you are speaking of the client’s FB reviews & not SiriEtta Soul’s… Correct?

So, is it just taking a little longer than usual? Because the same thing happened with Thumbtack reviews that I added to a client.
Just want to know what the expectation is going forward.

I’ve checked your widget and see that Thumbtack reviews have been collected.
Usually it takes some time for the reviews to be collected (up to several minutes). Do I understand correctly that it takes more time on your end?

The source got stuck in the source queue with the maintenance status that caused the issue.
