How can I safely delete trained responses eg. to train off?
I have adding some text in the Text Block.
A little later I no longer thought it was so good that the bot made these statements. I deleted the text again but the bot still uses the already deleted text.
You have to think carefully about what you want to say without having a concrete possibility of what the bot is no longer allowed to answer.

I’ve checked your widget and everything seems to be working fine now. The widget responds using the new info:
I’ve also tested this use case with my widget and there was no issue on my end. Once I change the info in text blocks/answer, the chatbot used the new info for the response.
Could you please double-check it and let me know if it’s fine now?
