Hi there, I am a new user and I install AI Chat bot onto my website and provided training to the bot but when I try it I do not get the information that I provided after couple of minutes. Also that it would not save any new information when i add that in the instructions. Really do not know what is the issue and also if there is any limit on how much information could be given to the AI bot. By the way the information I want to give my bot is max 3000 words.

You are right, previously there was such an issue in our app, but it has just been addressed. Could you please check it and let me know how it’s working now?
