Cross-app photo recognition to auto populate categories

I have a creative business where it’s imperative we show followers what they can make with our products. I use the instagram feed on my website as a ‘daily news’ feed which is great because it shows what’s going on daily. I also use Portfolio and the YouTube app as ‘galleries’ which we add photos to when we release a new product and upload video manually to YT. Obviously I’m posting to 3 different apps (I use the Sked scheduling app for IG which I wouldn’t really change, so this really concerns Portfolio and YT). It would literally be a gamechanger if I could use something like a # on an IG post photo, then the IG feed would pick up the # and automatically attach that photo to a (precreated & named) Portfolio and YouTube category to self-populate those apps so I don’t have to do it manually all the time. It would mean our Portfolio & YT gallery is updated daily automatically and save a ton of time! I’m posting around 150 photos every month and I just don’t have time to manually populate new photos into the apps.
As an example, this is my gallery [https://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/gallery/]
so I would use the Gallery category title (or preferably a hashtag option would be better so I could have more category options) in my IG posts for the app to recognise.
I really think this would be useful for a lot of business owners - I’m pretty sure most people would be able to use this feature in a variety of ways!
Thank you!

Hi there @Nikky

Thanks a ton for such a thorough description of your use case!

I see your point with the automatic fetching of the photos from Instagram Feed to the Portfolio. However, I didn’t quite get the idea with populating Instagram posts to the YouTube Gallery app.

Basically, YouTube Gallery widget automatically get updated every 24 hours, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Could you please elaborate on what you meant?
