Subject: URGENT — Contact form widgets blocked by CORS, losing leads

Hi Elfsight team,

Both my contact form widgets stopped working today (May 11, 2026). Live site users see “An error occurred when submitting the form, please try again.”

Browser console shows CORS error from your server:

Access to fetch at 'https://data.elfsight.com/public/resources/form-submissions/'
from origin 'https://www.assemblyserviceil.com' has been blocked by CORS policy:
No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
Form submit error: TypeError: Failed to fetch (contactForm.js:108)

I’ve just sent a test submission using your form and it worked fine on my end. Also, I don’t see a Console error you’ve shared now:
