Thank you for adding your idea!
I agree that it would be a great option to be able to manage your badge’s size or apply a close button.
However, I think we have a workaround for you right now. This article can help you add a close button to your Reviews badge widget: Adding close button to floating badge of Google Reviews widget - Elfsight Help Center. This article works for all our Reviews widgets, including Airbnb Reviews, so you should not worry about it.

Great news: we’ve added the close button for your Airbnb Reviews floating badge! 
You can enable it on Layout tab → Customize → Show Close Button.
When closed, the widget will pop up again in 24 hours.
