Happy Thanksgiving!

I have a billing question and am not sure if I should post it here but I don’t want to miss the Black Friday Sale.

I want to purchase an additional year of service but I want to reduce my current plan (Enterprise T1 to Basic). When I attempt to take advantage of the sale, I am unable to purchase anything except my current plan or an upgraded plan.
Any help is appreciated
