Billing Issue (Billed 12 times backdated to start of 2023 on upgrading my subscription) - UNACCEPTABLE

  • Issue description:
    I just went through upgrading my subscription from the ‘All Basic Pack’ to the Pro package and i have been billed 12 times backdated to the start of the year of 2023.

I just upgraded on the 27th November 2023 so why am i being billed pro package for months January - November 2023.

This is ridiculous. and there is no where to contact anybody from billing team.

Please can somebody get in touch with me.
