Issue description:
I just went through upgrading my subscription from the ‘All Basic Pack’ to the Pro package and i have been billed 12 times backdated to the start of the year of 2023.
I just upgraded on the 27th November 2023 so why am i being billed pro package for months January - November 2023.
This is ridiculous. and there is no where to contact anybody from billing team.
I am so sorry for all the frustration caused by the situation!
I have to say that my colleagues from Support Team are better experts in such questions. I see that you’ve already created a support ticket, so, rest assured, they’ll contact you as soon as possible and get everything sorted for you
