To check things and find out what’s going on, please follow these steps:

  1. Try to upgrade in a different browser or Incognito mode to make sure that no extensions are interfering with the service.

  2. If this doesn’t help, please take a screenshot of your Developer Console when clicking on the upgrade button - it is crucial to see what exactly causes the error on your side. This article explains how you can do that - How to take a screenshot of the Developer Console.

To troubleshoot the issue, could you please also double-check your card and make sure that:

  • Your funds are sufficient
  • Your card is not expired. Just in case, here’s how you can update your payment method - Changing your billing information.
  • You are not using VPN
