I saw the test booking you have done. THANK YOU!!!

What happens to the ones prior? They are no longer there?

If I wanted to get the all in one review verses just the google reviews can I change the plan from the google to all in one? I wasn’t aware of the all in one until last night

Glad to say that you can find the missing submissions in the CSV file, which you can download in your dashboard:

.

As for the Google Reviews, surely, you can switch it to the All-In-One Reviews plan right in your dashboard. For this, go to the Billing section and choose Change plan:

I also see that you have a paid Appointment Booking subscription and I guess our Pack plans might be a great offer for you. With our Pack plans you can access 90+ Elfsight apps for the price of just 3.

Here you can see prices for Pack plans:

If you’d like to upgrade your single app subscriptions to All Apps Pack plan, please contact our Support Team at support@elfsight.com. They’ll be happy to assist :slightly_smiling_face:

I am still not receiving any confirmation emails after booking an appointment. I’m entering all the info correctly. I don’t understand

I’ve checked your widget once again the submission was delivered to my address:

Could you please double-check it and let me know if you see my test submission?

If not, please take these to troubleshoot the issue on your side:

  1. Double-check that your email address is entered correctly.

  2. Check your Spam folder. If any submissions are located there, mark them as “Not Spam.”

  3. Make sure that notifications@forms.elfsightmail.com is not blacklisted.

  4. Add another Gmail address and check how it works
