Do I get it right that you’d like to make a form completion required, but it should be triggered during the chat (not at the very beginning)?

At the moment, it’s impossible to achieve this. Howere, this is a nice idea and I’ve added it to the Wishlist on your behalf - Trigger a contact form when user asks to contact a human.
If more users support this request, we might consider it in the future
