  • Issue description: When using AI chatbot in the embedded mode, why are there no close and expand buttons in the header? How can they be added?

I’d like to clarify that this is expected behavior, not a bug.

The Embedded layout is designed to sit inline as a fixed part of the page, so it doesn’t have an “open/closed” state, and that’s why there’s no close/expand button in the header.

The close/expand controls are specific to the Floating layout, where the chat pops up over the page and toggles between a bubble and an open window.

Unfortunately, there is no custom solution to add these button to the Embedded layout, but I’ve added this suggestion to the Wishlist on your behalf: Add close/expand buttons to the embedded layout
