Dear Elfsight team,

I’m currently using the AI Chatbot widget for our institutional website at Centro Médico Climeida. We would like to enable a floating layout (e.g., Floating Button or Floating Chat) so the assistant remains fixed in the corner of the screen, independent of page scroll.

Could you please activate access to the AI Chat widget with floating layout options for our account?

This feature is essential for maintaining a consistent and elegant user experience across all pages.

The AI Chatbot widget is floating be default. I see that you’ve installed it on your website and it’s working fine.

Could you please confirm the widget is floating on your end now?
