Hi everybody. Yep, it will be interesting, opening the IA chatbot window, when user is on a specific URL.

Do you mean to show the AI Chatbot bubble on multiple pages, but automatically open the chat window only on specific pages?

Hello Max. Yes, that’s it ! For example, open the chat window when a user open the shopping basket page of an e-commerce site. In summary, automatically open the chat window on friction pages.
