If you mean to make the videos vertical, you can achieve a similar effect, you can use this CSS code - Vertical video display (like Shorts).
In case it doesn’t fully cover your needs, please elaborate on what exactly should be changed 
Its not as clean as the link i sent you. why dont you have widget only for shorts? this will apply for all social media like tick tock and such. the short code you sent is very old, outdated not as clean looking as the sample link i sent you. need to have the option to upload my own videoes not only youtube. please open the link sent you you and view how the shorts looks nice and clean.

I am really sorry we don’t have an app to implement this use case, but a similar ides is already on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it -Video Carousel for shorts.
If more users support this idea, it might be considered in the future
