I thought when I joined Elfsight I’d have a live chat option…but not so. All I can do it ask website visitors to chat on WhatsApp.
That’s another step with the connection process. Live chat would be cleaner.
I see a chat thread has already begun on this subject….from 2022!!! That fact you’ve NOT made a live chat app all this time is worrying.

We completely understand your excitement about the Live Chat app and I am really sorry it’s not developed yet.
We wish we could release the ideas from the Wishlist faster, but given a large number of requests, it’s a challenge to prioritize all of them.
We prioritize ideas based on both their complexity and the number of votes they receive. While we see that many users supported the Live Chat creation, we still have many requests with even higher priority level, and our devs are focusing on them now.
I’d like to assure you that this idea isn’t abandoned, but at this point we aren’t able to provide the timeline for this app. As soon as we have any news, we’ll share an update in the Live Chat thread 
Hi @Max is there any update on the Live Chat actually having live chat? Also, is there a way to incorporate the AI Chatbot with the All-in-One Live Chat widget? This would be incredible if these two could be combined. Seems like we have to use one or the other?

I also would like to let you know that the AI Chatbot already includes the functionality of the All-in-One Chat app. You can add Action Buttons that will redirect users to different social channels like in the All-in-One Chat app. Check this post for more details -AI Chatbot: Let users take specific actions right in the chat and contact human! 🔥.
