Dear team, please also count the comments as votes for this idea. In more words, have a chat bulb that people can use to type in their questions that appears in telegram at the end of the website owner -without- the chat bulb resulting in a redirect to the website visitors telegram webpage but direct chat from the chat box. <3 will make your product really stand out from the competitors and will be so
Much nicer for the website visitors.

I know that the Live Chat is one of the most wanted apps, and I’m really sorry that we haven’t released it yet. I’ll keep you updated on all the news in this thread, and I hope we’ll be able to consider this app for one of the nearest released

Here, for now, we use TawkTo, but an Elfsight widget would be perfect.

I love this idea too, and I’m really sorry that we still don’t have Live Chat in our catalog. The development is complex, that’s why it’s hard to set an ETA or any timeline.
But let’s be optimistic and wait for good news from our devs!

Can you add the option of Live chatting to Customers?
For Example: If the customer is chatting through WhatsApp, they can just chat through the chat window only instead of getting an external link to WhatsApp. If they send a message then inside the chat window of the widget only and If we want to reply through our WhatsApp window then it’ll be shown like its being sent live from the widget on the website, just like a live chat support without any extra links.

I would love a widget where the visitors of my site, could chat with me right from the on-page buble, without having to sign in on a 3rd party chat and without even leaving the page they are visiting. A chat within the ‘bubble’, just like Zendesk for example.
