Group Chat Widget

Wishlist New App Request

Would be awesome to have a live group chat widget that would allow users on the site to interact with one-another. (ie. not a 1-to-1 support chat widget, more like an old AIM chat :slight_smile:

This would be very helpful for webinars to ad a chat widget next to the video window to increase user engagement.

  • Social login
  • Post as Guest
  • Basic moderation tools
  • Upload media (pictures)
  • Embed media (Youtube, Giphy, Soundcloud, etc.)

I think the code to embed a chat where visitors on your site can chat with each other would be great

Hi Guys,

Are there any just plain community chat room widgets? just one where people can register to and chat with friends send pm, post gifs and emojies etc etc.

I am sorry to say, but the Group Chat app isn’t released yet. Currently, we are gathering feedback to create an app that aligns with your needs:

Our club is looking for this type of “Group Chat Widget” so that only current members of the Club could reach other club members to ask questions.

Unfortunately, it’s really hard to give the ETA for this app at the moment. I am really sorry!

The thing is that we prioritize requests based on the complexity of implementation. Also, a high number of votes does increase the chances for a sooner release.

According to these criteria, there are requests with higher priority at the moment. Once we receive any news about the Group Chat from our dev team, I’ll immediately update you in this thread :slightly_smiling_face:
